What is in a label?

How many times have we been 'diagnosed' with a label, started believing the 'press' around that label and found ourselves heading down that negative rabbit hole?

So what is in a label?

As humans, we have lived experiences that allow us to explore all that we can feel; joy, happiness, sadness, loss and grief, anxiety and depression. There are stages to when it all comes together (Kismet) and we are at balance.

Can we shift between the off-balanced person and the balanced person in life?

Of course we can, if we choose to see that the path we are on no longer serves us and is 'not good for you' then you are motivated for change and are open to taking the steps to move in another direction.
