Mediation

What is mediation?

Mediation is a structured dispute resolution process that supports parties to identify issues, develop options, consider alternatives and outcomes and make decisions about future actions and behaviours, through a productive, collaborative process, supported by flexible thinking, listening and future focused communication methods.

Why try mediation?

Mediation puts the control back in your hands. Mediation can be quicker, less expensive and more satisfying than a court trial.

“If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.”
