At Shifting Tides Counselling we understand that it may be necessary at times to cancel or postpone an appointment, so sufficient notice is greatly appreciated.

In the event of a cancellation or change of appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Clients who do not provide notice that they are unable to attend the counselling session or cancel within a 24 hour period, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
